MooFix

Overview:
After buying a new Apple MacBook I found it had some very annoying behaviour. It made a mooing sound very similar to a cow! It annoyed me so much that I decided to create a fix, allbeit a rather crude one but it did the job! I also started a petition to get Apple to release an official fix.

Update:
A firmware update was released by Apple on the 17th August. Whether it is merely a coincidence that the fix has been released in the same week I brought this to the attention of senior executives at Apple I do not know. Up until the point when Apple created an official fix, the fix I created had been downloaded several thousand times and the petition had 350 signatures!
